Conceived in California, built to last

ID Cuffs are developed at the CRAVE research and development center in California, under the direction of Ti Chang and a predominantly female team of designers.

Each product is designed with a particular focus on design, comfort, and the quality of materials before being manufactured by industrial partners selected according to the brand’s standards. Before being released to the market, the products undergo rigorous quality control at CRAVE’s micro-factory in San Francisco.

The bracelets combine body-safe, phthalate-free silicone with stainless steel hardware featuring a luxurious 24-karat gold plating, ensuring elegance, strength, and durability.

CRAVE's innovations are protected by patents, as well as by registered designs in the United States and Europe, ensuring the authenticity of each creation.

Maintenance tips

ID Cuffs are completely waterproof and can be easily cleaned with plain water or a water-based cleaner. Body-safe silicone and stainless steel retain their appearance over time when cleaned after use. ID Cuffs are intended for light restraint play and should not be used as a restraint device.

Hygiene & Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, intimate accessories that are sealed with a security seal cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal has been opened or tampered with. We encourage you to carefully inspect your order before removing the seal.

Delivery costs are calculated on the basis of the geographical area, the shipping method selected and the nature of the items ordered.

France Free Eco* shipping on orders of 100 euros or more (including tax). For orders below this amount, a flat fee of 10 euros applies. Express shipping: 20 euros.

European Union Free Eco* shipping on orders of 250 euros or more (excluding tax). For orders below this amount, a flat fee of 25 euros applies. Express shipping: 35 euros.

United States A flat rate of 50 euros. Free shipping is not available for this destination. This decision is due to U.S. customs regulations, whose requirements and associated fees significantly impact shipping costs.

Other international destinations Free Eco* shipping on orders of 500 euros or more (excluding tax). For orders below this amount, a flat fee of 35 euros (excluding tax) applies. Express shipping: 50 euros (excluding tax).

Eco delivery uses the least expensive carrier and may include delivery to a relay point. This delivery method is not insured, and delivery times may vary according to destination.

Some items, due to their weight or size, may incur additional delivery charges. This information is clearly indicated on the product sheet.

Products customized or made to order by our designers for Brigade Mondaine (Qrucifix, Una Burke, Crystal Eyez, FIGURE OF A, HERVÉ by Céline Marie, RE:STRICT) or identified as such on the product sheet are neither returned nor exchanged. These items are specially prepared and packaged for each customer. We recommend that you come and try them on in store.

Products on sale, outlet or liquidation cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The same applies to limited-edition products, gift packaging and orders placed with gift cards.

Gift packaging are neither returned nor exchanged.
